Abdul Gofur
EXPERTISE
Abdul's practice is primarily in the field of criminal law. He prosecutes and defends at all levels and has particular expertise in fraud and corruption. He is regularly instructed by the Department for Work and Pensions, the Child Support Agency, the Crown Prosecution Service and Local Authorities.
On the civil side, Abdul maintains a small general common law practice. He is known for his thorough preparation and ability to work to tight deadlines and is accordingly a popular choice with solicitors.
Between 2007 - 08 Abdul was a tutor in the Faculty of Laws at University College London (UCL) where he taught criminal law. He is currently in the final stages of a PhD in criminal law at UCL.
