Delvinder's practice incorporates a broad range of both civil and criminal work, both prosecution and defence. Regularly being instructed in criminal, housing and complex licensing matters, she frequently appears in both the Magistrates' and Crown Courts and has appeared in the County Court and Royal Courts of Justice in bankruptcy and property proceedings.

Delvinder has keen interest and experience in family law, including non-molestation/occupation orders and ancillary relief proceedings. Clients can feel at ease with her pragmatic, down to earth approach, as she has a formidable commitment to achieving the best possible results.

Prior to being called to the Bar, Delvinder's extensive professional experience included socioeconomic urban regeneration, piloting some of the first large scale governmental schemes for affordable housing in the UK. Adept with innovative business development solutions and strategies for the public, voluntary and private sector, Delvinder has a proven track record for strong business acumen. Her entrepreneurial flair from an early age has resulted in her holding several Directorships/Company Secretary Appointments particularly in the field of radio broadcasting, property and construction.
