Roman's particular expertise is in the area of business, commerce and insolvency law. He has a particular interest in complex legal predicaments. Roman has a depth of experience in assisting clients in conducting negotiations and entering into legal relations, particularly in relation to cross-border dealings. Roman has experience of dealing with International Arbitration. Roman is valued for dealing with sensitive and confidential matters, with diplomacy and discretion.

Roman is widely travelled and has a background in international business. He holds a joint honours degree in accountancy and law and is certified by the General Council of the Bar to deal directly with clients under the Public Access scheme. After an initial consultation, Roman's fees are open to negotiation and can be organised to fit the client's requirements on a fixed, time related and/or success oriented basis.
